Awareness Accelerates Success

The first three words that are going to be on our success team are  Aware, Accept and Action In the next few days I will discuss how these three words come together for our successful enlightened life.

Let’s talk  Awareness!

You have to know where you are to get to where you want to go.

roadmap1

Self Awareness is where you should start to create the vision for your successful life. You will be crystal clear as to who you are at the core, your beliefs, and your values. Being self aware helps you to know where you are so that you can map the course to get where you want to go. Just imagine, if you called for a taxi but you could not tell the driver where to pick you up,  he would not take you seriously and disconnect the phone. You are sabotaging your success and wasting your time, if you are not aware of where you are, in terms of creating the vision you have for your personal life and/or your business. Becoming self aware is the beginning of mastering yourself and living the life you love.

You don’t look outside of yourself for self awareness.

You need to tune into you, focus and become mindful. It is like learning to ride a bike, at first you use training wheels and pay close attention to your movements and your feet. However, with practice, you remove the training wheels and eventually riding your bike becomes a habit. As you focus on becoming self aware, like riding a bike, it too will become an unconscious act.

Developing self awareness

Start by focusing on your thoughts and your emotions and how you react to them. How do people receive and react to you. Get pen and paper, draw two columns, in one column write down where you are for your personal life and/or business. In the other column write down where you would like to be.

Here are a few of the many benefits of YOU becoming self aware

You will identify your:

  • Lack of CONFIDENCE issues.
  • Strengths and weaknesses.
  • Success stoppers.
  • Values, beliefs and who you are at your core.
  • Stress enablers
  • Limiting beliefs about self and money.
  • Good habits versus bad habits.
  • Unique and extraordinary gifts
  • Spirituality.
  • Inner critics dialogue
  • Mind, body and spirit connection.
  • Passion and purpose

With awareness your vision for your successful, abundant life will be more clearly defined. With confidence you will begin to prioritize your goals and take massive action to transform your life, your community and the world. Begin TODAY and make self awareness a habit by focusing on it for at least the next 21 consecutive days.
