Having Clarity

clarity

Clarity , Confidence and Courage three words whose connection catapults you to success.

Lets Talk Clarity

Clarity is defined as the freedom from indistinctness or ambiguity.

Clarity is knowing who you are and what you want and taking action to achieve your results.

You first have to know where you are to get somewhere else. If you call for a taxi and you are not sure where you want to go, you will remain stuck, or you will go around in a circle and become lost and the cab driver will eventually leave you some place and it may not be a place where you would like to be. (think of the money and time you have wasted)

Before I begin to map a course of action for my clients, they have to be clear on their issue. Without clarity my clients have no control over their lives. “just kinda getting by.” It is up to me, the coach, to help my client gain clarity before moving forward with a plan of action.

I had a client a few months ago who was extremely unhappy and frustrated because she had been fired from three jobs in the last four years. Through our conversation I discovered that she was not clear on  her purpose in life, her strengths or her passion.  She was a graduate with a degree in the arts but lost interest upon graduation. She worked because she had bills to pay

With my laser  coaching and hypnosis, we accessed her creative mind and discovered that she loved to paint and working with children but was told at an early age that “artists did not make any money,” something she had forgotten on a conscious level.

She has since found job at a private school as an assistant to the art instructor.  Volunteers at the library, helping children to release their creativity and have fun.  She met someone at the library who commissioned her to do an abstract painting.

What a marvelous turn of events for her. She is now living her life with passion and purpose and it all began with clarity.

Much of our unhappiness is caused by not having clarity about who we are, what our values are and not  knowing where we are and/or where we want to be.  Without clarity, their is no control.

Here is a simple exercise to help you to gain clarity and I strongly suggest that you use the expertise of a coach to help you with your journey.

Find a quite place where you can be alone for at least thirty minutes. Sit in a comfortable position, close your eyes and concentrate on your breathing. take five deep cleansing breaths and concentrate on relaxing your body – starting from the top of your head and working your way down. Relaxing your body completely and totally.

When you are relaxed speak to your subconscious mind and ask  for clarity where you have none. It is important to trust the infinite wisdom of the universe and accept the answer as truth.  Just believe.

Thought Stimulator: Clarity or mind means clarity of passion, too; this is why a great and clear mind loves ardently and sees distinctly what it loves. – Blaise Pascal

Yeah, I have to say that I lack clarity. My goals and steps toward achieving them get so cluttered that I lose track and fall off course. I need help! Sounds hypnotherapy could really help.
