What if, two words that take you on a journey that is limited only by your imagination.

What if questions can activate your creative mind for innovations and problem solving. However, there is a negative flip side: you can become stuck and fearful as you pacify or hurt yourself with  “what if questions.”

What if I win the lottery? OMG, I’m rich, let me enjoy my what if riches.

What if I have an accident? I’ll just torture myself with my negative what if thoughts.

What if no one buys my products or use my services?

What if my clients think I suck?

What if I don’t make any money?

What if I make a lot of money?

What if I don’t find love?

What if I find the love of my life?

Danger, Danger “what if” can create an unproductive state of mind.

Don’t be trapped by the feel good feelings of “what if.”

Don’t’ be trapped by the feel bad feelings of “what if.”

Remove what if from your conversation for a day.

Remove what if from your negative self talk for a day.

Use ACTION words and FOCUS on what you want.

It will not be easy but with awareness it can happen. How would your conversation and self talk change?

Here are some possibilities

What if I win the lottery? OMG, I’m rich, let me enjoy my what if riches.

I am going to find the tools and resources for financial abundance and use them.

What if I have an accident? Nothing like a good dose of negative self talk to make me a good driver.

I am going to take specific action steps to be a defensive driver.

What if no one buys my products or use my services?

I am going to educate myself about marketing, find a mentor and a coach who will guide me to attract the clients I want to serve. I am going to listen, learn, and implement.

What if my clients think I suck?

When I attract my ideal clients, I am going to give my clients more than they expect and I will continue to learn and grown so I can better serve them.

What if I don’t make any money?

I am a consistent learner and implementer. I’ll consistently use the tips, tools and resources that are available to grow my profitable business and I’ll learn from those who have financial success.

What if I make a lot of money?

For financial fitness, I am going to learn about money management and use the service of experts: certified public accountants, coaches, financial advisers, and others for my success.

What if I don’t find love?

I am going to visualize the love I want in my life and then detach myself from the when and the where. I’m worthy and deserving of an awesome relationship.

What if I find the love of my life?

I’ll know I’ve connected with the love of my life when we can both truthfully say “I need you because I love you.” I will not take the relationship for granted and I’ll allow myself to be vulnerable

I’m not saying you should remove “what if” from your conversation ( that would be unrealistic), however, you  could make some powerful changes if you reduce the frequency  and reprogram your mind with ACTION words that will inspire you to move forward to achieve what you want.

How would your life change IF you reduced “what if” from your conversation?

Stop IFING and just do it.
