“Make New Year’s goals. Dig within, and discover what you would like to have happen in your life this year. This helps you do your part. It is an affirmation that you’re interested in fully living life in the year to come.” ― Melody Beattie

Happy New Year – ring in the year by affirming the life you want live. Affirmations are positive or negative self-talk.  You can override negative affirmations by speaking, reading, writing, singing, or chanting positive affirmations. With time and repetition, your subconscious mind will help you to materialize what you’re affirming.

Self-talk is a given, more often than not it’s negative. Why not speak words that will empower, motivate and inspire you? Words that will attract the people and experiences you desire.

Here are 30 positive New Year Affirmations to kick-start your year.

Begin your day with your favorite affirmation. Affirm your desire throughout the day. Repeat one or more of your favorites as you close your eyes to sleep. Your goal is to develop the habit of positive self-talk. This happens through repetition.

For success with your affirmations remove words that aren’t familiar and replace with words that resonate with you.

It’s a wrap

Allow last year to be a prelude to the coming year. Have a clear vision of what you’d like to accomplish. Write them down. Organize and prioritize them. Take action for your vision. Affirm daily.

Your subconscious mind is more responsive to your feelings. Have a positive emotional connection to your dreams. The stronger your feelings the more quickly you’ll achieve your results. How will you feel when you achieve your goals? Conjure up this feeling. Frequent this state.  This mindset will make you unstoppable for whatever you want toachieve
