About

for VAMy blog will be sharing tip, tools and resources for the female entrepreneurs to transform their lives.  To build their confidence for  successful life with balance for their mind, body, spirit and money connections.

I will be using three words from each letter of the alphabet to build a support team (this is going to be fun).

A team that will support her  journey on every level. They will  educate, stimulate, motivate and transform her life for limitless success, as she travels on her success train.

I am confident my information will help the female entrepreneur to live the life she loves and love the life she’s living.

Occasionally,  she will be taking  pit stops. At these pit stops her mind will be stimulated with new food for her thoughts and she gets back on her train  more enlightened, enriched and fortified for her success journey.

First and foremost I am a mom entrepreneur,  who successfully balanced being there for my four children and being their sole provider.  My youngest son graduated from High School June of 2009.

I was an expert juggler. Juggling drop offs and pickups to and from school. As they got older,  driving to three different schools became an every day occurrence.

I juggled money making ventures (some successful more successful than others) between home work, school activities, trips to the emergency rooms for two of my sons who were asthmatic, teachers conferences, school nights. I never missed any school activities.

How do you say? By making a commitment to myself and my children. I didn’t allow anyone or anything to blur the vision or to distract me from my intention I had for my family.

Being a mom entrepreneur facilitated my desire to being involved with my children’s every day life both at school and at home and I loved and enjoyed every minute of this journey.

I became a hypnotherapist nineteen years ago and more recently than that I am the Confidence and Success Coach.

I enjoy having stimulating and enlightening conversations with anyone and everyone, whether or not they are a client. I believe all things are possible and that our minds are more powerful than we realize.

Being the beacon in women lives – is something I have been doing all my life. I never thought of myself as a coach or a mentor. By default, I had confidence as I dealt with the many challenges that a single mom faces.

I did not play the blame game and took responsibility for and owned all my experiences, even when I had valid reason to blame someone else. Taking ownership of my experiences, allowed me to have clarity and focus. I saw solutions, not problems and did not spend my time wallowing in self pity with the hope that someone was going to rescue me and my children.

I have met many intelligent, super talented, educated, amazing women over the years, who had a myriad of confidence destroying beliefs.

They habitually become involved in toxic relationships. They have what I call the “yo yo syndrome,” taking five steps forwards, towards achieving their goals for their business as well as their personal lives, only to take ten steps backwards and having to start the process over again.

Through my coaching and at times hypnosis, I replace theses negative beliefs with positive confidence building beliefs.

Having confidence is very important for a successful life. Research has show that living the life of your dreams takes confidence not money and confidence is one of the keys to women embracing their greatness.

Are you surprised by these findings?  I would appreciate if you would take a brief moment to share your thoughts on this “thing” called confidence.

I was somewhat hesitant in starting this blog. Matthew, once the love of my life, found my writing to be rifted with fragmented sentences, inappropriate punctuations,  grammatical errors etc.

Does that mean I do not have confidence? Not at all

Even the most confident woman, at times, will find her confidence fuel running on low, however, she quickly taps into her reserve and boosts her confidence level back to high.

This following quote fueled my BLOG train and motivated me to pull out from the station for MY experience.

“And then the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom - Thank you  Anais Nin

AND

The Incomparable Dr Seuss “Be who you are and say what you feel those who mind don’t matter and those who matter don’t mind.”  Keeps me on track and helps me to stay the course.

Thanks for stopping by my Blog -

Stay confident and when you can, avoid those pot holes of life.  When you get stuck, remember the universe is your source and the resources are right there to help you to get unstuck.  Just believe.

Please share you thoughts … I would love to connect with you.
