When I was in High School, on the island of Antigua, I had no desire for breakfast … I would brag about not eating breakfast.

Research has shown that breakfast is a very important meal. If you don’t eat breakfast by 10 a. m., your mental and your physical capabilities slow down … you will not exude your confidence.

Eat a nutritious breakfast, even if you don’t feel like it. There are so many quick & simple breakfast choices.  Stop making excuses for not eating breakfast.  You can have:

  • Smoothies
  • Healthy breakfast bars
  • Boiled eggs
  • Scrambled eggs
  • Nuts
  • Fruits
  • Sandwiches
  • Yogurt
  • Whole grain cereal
  • Oatmeal
  • Wheat Bagels
  • Cottage Cheese
