Confidence is defined as the belief in oneself. One of the keys to our greatness is confidence. Confidence is the vehicle that takes us to our success destination and courage is the fuel that keeps it moving.

So many of us have the misguided belief that  “the feel good feeling,“ we have when the boss tell us we did a good job, when we make that sale, when someone gives us a compliment , when some one says “I love you,“, when business is booming and the economy is strong  – is confidence.

But what happens to your confidence when the boss fires you? The sales are not happening, the love is taken away, the business is not doing well and the economy is not booming. What happens to your perceived confidence ?

Some will stumble – others will get stuck and there are those who will fall and never get up again.

No one can give you confidence neither can they make you confidence. If you are depending on someone to give you confidence – if you are looking outside of yourself for your confidence. You will be greatly disappointed.

However a mentor, guide or coach such as myself – can show you the tools you have to either boost, release or reclaim your confidence.

As a child approximately age 0 to 8,  the people of influence in your world played an important role in programming with confidence building beliefs or confidence destroying beliefs and it becomes part of your reality ( your life script) on a subconscious level.

If you were made to feel bad about yourself at an early age, then lack of confidence could be an issue and it is difficult to change these limiting beliefs on a conscious level.  Hypnosis is a powerful tool (not the only tool) for reaching your subconscious to reprogram your mind with empowering beliefs.
