Is there anyone on this planet who has not heard about Google? I’m sure there is.  Google offers several free powerful tools that you can use for your business success.

Even if you’re not in the business of Internet Marketing – it’s still important for you to understand and use the basic tools for your business.

Especially when you’re just starting out. Most Newbies do not have the financial resource to delegate and/or outsource these important business functions.

Today I’m going to share with you 5 Free Google Tools that I use for my business.

1.  Gmail

When I got my first Gmail account in 2009, it never dawned on me to get more than one.

When I started my internet journey in 2009, my e-mail filled quickly with all the free stuff I opted for, newsletters, as well as my more important e-mails from my children, friends and my clients. I did not organize or delete, some important communication got over looked.

At one time I had 60,000 pieces of information in my in-box. Unbelievable, yes!

I’ve learned my lesson …

I have an account specifically for newsletters, free reports, free whatever. This is such a tremendous time saver. I go in read, save to various folders and immediately delete what I don’t want. If a newsletter is of no value to me, I unsubscribe right away. I have 4 websites and each one has it’s own Gmail account.

Don’t make my mistakes. Make new ones  🙂

Use a separate Gmail account for newsletters and the like. Read, organize, unsubscribe and DELETE.

Keep your business and personal emails separate.

Get several Gmail accounts and use them for different aspects of your business.
