Your comfort zone is peaceful and familiar. You feel secure and confident when you’re in this zone. However, if you become too comfortable, it can become toxic.

Here’s a simple but powerful exercise that will help you to identify if your comfort zone is toxic and the steps you can take to walk away from this toxic relationship.  A toxic comfort zone will destroy your confidence. It will keep you stuck. It will keep you from living your fullest potential.
