I believe we were born to love ourselves instinctively.  But for some of us, somewhere between our innocence and becoming consciously aware, our minds, instead of being imprinted with self acceptance, became infected with the virus, I’m not good enough.

This virus can be removed with focused intention and specific action steps.  You’ll have the confidence to lift yourself to new heights and accept that you’ve always been good enough.

It’s a wrap

Loving oneself is the beginning of living a without limits. If you’re a parent or planning to become one, do everything within your power, and then some, so that your child’s default programming will be “I love myself unconditionally.” It’s one of the greatest gifts you can give to your child or any child for that matter.
