I asked ten people if they knew that January was International Creativity Month and each one told me NO. My children aren’t aware of this either.

Do you know that January is International Creativity Month?

International Creativity Month is the brain child of Randall Munson. On his site at Creativity Speaking, Randall suggests that you should –

Take advantage of International Creativity Month to refocus your attention to creatively improve your business and personal activities.

When asked to tap into their creativity,  too many people  say they’re not the creative type and shy away from the situation. Unfortunately, they have accepted the idea that creativity is only about the arts. YOU are the creative type. We are all creative.  “Creativity is for everyday living.” It’s about business, innovations, raising healthy, well-adjusted children, solving every day problems and more.

Let’s celebrate International Creativity Month!

I’ve made  it easy for you to celebrate International Creativity Month and at the same time build your creative confidence. I’ve explored the web for information that will help you to get in touch with your creative genius. You’ll have a new awareness of how your creativity has helped you in the past and how you can maximize its use in the future.

Videos

Here is a video from Ted talks by David Kelly on one of my favorite topics –

“How to build your creative confidence.”

David Kelley suggests, creativity is not the domain of only a chosen few. Telling stories from his legendary design career and his own life, he offers ways to build the confidence to create. What matters even more to him is unlocking the creative potential of people and organizations to innovate routinely.
