My granddaughter is so excited for Spring break.

Times have changed, when her daddy was her age it was called Easter vacation. Let it be a reminder that life is about flexibility – being open to change, and not sweating the small stuff.

My granddaughter, at the tender age of 9, doesn’t care what it’s called, as long as it happens. She has plans – she suggested to her dad, my #1 son, that they should host a Spring break party for all of their friends.  He told our princess yes. She’s even in charge of the menu.

Spring reminds us to be hopeful.

It encourages us to let go of what isn’t working, and to welcome change like a breath of fresh air.

It emboldens risk taking and inspires us to be optimistic about our results. It’s a time for evaluating and reviewing your vision, goals and strategies, for your personal and professional life.
