What does gratitude mean to you?
An attitude of gratitude will pick you up when you’re down. It will help you to see possibilities where others see none and it will remind you there’s always something to be thankful for, in spite of challenges, dark days, failures and setbacks.
Here’s my take on G.R.A.T.I.T.U.D.E that may stimulate your thoughts about what it means to you.
Give thanks for what you have today and for what you’ll soon receive.
Reach out in gratitude to help someone, a group or an organization.
Attract more abundance with daily habits of appreciation.
Thank you are two words you should use frequently.
Inspire those you meet, through your actions, words and deeds, to live in gratitude.
Thoughts are powerful: Think gratitude and you’ll attract more of what you’re grateful for.
Unhappiness leads to ungrateful thoughts: Ungrateful thoughts lead to unhappiness. Cultivate a gratitude mindset and you’ll boost your happiness.
Design your life around living in gratitude. Gratitude determines your altitude.
Express gratitude, make it a habit and it will fuel your successful and fulfilled life.
