The New Year motivates many of us to think about making changes in our lives. Sometimes the changes are superficial and not connected to the root cause of what we need to change.
I believe that change begins with awareness …
How observant are you about your inner and outer world?
Do you practice everyday awareness?
Awareness is the state or ability to perceive, to feel, or to be conscious of events, objects or sensory patterns. Wikipedia
Awareness allows you to:
Connect to your core, to your essence, and perfect your potential.
Know where you are personally and professionally to map your success strategies. (Success defined by YOU).
Focus on your brilliance(s) and master them.
Know if your beliefs limit or empower you.
Know if you’re following a GPS created by you or by someone else.
The Awareness Test.
I found this video on YouTube – The Awareness Test. It tests your observation skills. I hope it inspires you to practice everyday awareness of what’s going on within you and around you.
How does this video relate to your life? Please share.

Great post Adalia! I’ve discovered that awareness, or as I call it “the art of staying present” allows me to see hidden gold mines within my business, untapped resources that have helped me to shift rapidly from problem to solution. So often the solution is right at the tip of our noses 🙂
We are definitely on the same page, you make it soooo colorful “the art of staying present” when it’s expressed like that, it conjures up images of high school and college students sitting in awe, as they learn this all important skill.
Thanks for sharing!!
