Hello and Welcome, I am Adalia John

I am the mother of 4 adult children (all good citizens of the world) and the grandmother of my adorable Jasmine, yes, I am biased but she’s adorable.

I love entrepreneurship, it allowed me to be involved with my children both at home and at school.  I loved every minute of it.  Challenges, obstacles and problems were a natural part of the process.

Challenges are what make life interesting; overcoming them is what makes life meaningful. ~ Joshua J. Marine

I enjoy helping entrepreneurs to shift their thinking and realign their minds for their success …  success on their terms.

How do I do this? Through my confidence solutions coaching and mindset mastery mentoring.

My practical, intuitive, guidance have helped entrepreneurs to be confident and courageous  to take action for their success.

My passionate purpose is to help entrepreneurs whose mindset – lack of confidence, low self-esteem, limiting beliefs, and other issues – keep them from achieving their entrepreneurial goals.

Your mindset creates your reality. Change your beliefs and you will change your life.

This blog offers tips, tools and resources for your personal development and business success.

Personally, I want to help you to master your mindset for your success –

Confidence  …  Rock Solid
Procrastination … Gone
Self-Esteem … High
Self-Doubt … Gone
Uncertainty … Gone
Motivation … Strong
Ugly Thoughts … Managed
Limiting Beliefs … Changed

Allow me to  be on  your success team.

Adalia’s coaching helped me to have the courage to start my organization for domestic abuse. While we may not see her wings, I credit Adalia, among the angels whose guidance helped me to see how I can truly make a difference in this world with my domestic abuse organization.

Although I have not had the pleasure of being coached by Adalia, I can attest to her amazing intuition and generous nature from first hand experience. This is a woman who knows a thing or two about magic!

Hello Adena, thanks for stopping by. We are all intuitive, It’s having awareness even in the midst of noise – you’re sitting in a noisy room, the phone rings, some will hear the ring and others will not. When you hear the ring, having free will, you can decide to answer the call or not.

Your style of work looks great. Self limiting stories or “this is what’s happened to me so far, and this is what’s going to happen to me in future” are the biggest barriers to change.

Pulling the past into the present keeps you stuck reliving unwanted experiences.
