Thanks for that article Adalia – I completely agree. I used to be stressed out, overweight and badly overworked until I started exercising. Now, I recently ran my first half marathon, have grown my business dramatically and live a much happier, more balanced life – exercise played a huge part! This is one of the 10 steps to success that we teach- very important. Thanks 🙂
Hello Sally,
Exercise is good for the mind, spirit and body. I believe we have been conditioned to make exercise complicated. I have a couple of routines that I do daily and they’re easy to implement. I tape my favorite shows and I walk backwards for an hour while watching them and I also lift my weights. I also walk outside while listening to my favorite books on tape. This is how I leverage my time. If and when I go to the gym – I go because I want to not because I have to.

Great post and I absolutely love the awesome chart with the 12 benefits; it outlines exactly why exercise is important for us. It is important to pause for a second during a busy day and remind ourselves that our health is taking a toll unless we take a small break and get out of that routine.
