Everyday is thankful day
It’s easy to overlook what’s going right when you’re distracted what’s going wrong. It’s easy to overlook the people who care when you’re emotionally numb because of those who don’t. It’s easy to overlook your abundance when your vision is clouded lack. It’s easy to see your flaws when your negative chatter dims your brilliance.
Every day, every second, every minute, every hour, is a moment to give thanks.
I am thankful for my life
Every morning I open I eyes with gratitude. Thankful for another day to enjoy the people I love, my children and my adorable granddaughter Jasmine. I enjoy the whole experience of being alive. I’m thankful for those special moments with family and friends. I am thankful I can help my clients build their confidence and take action without hesitation to live their dream.
I am thankful for my walks and listening to mysteries on tape. Everything about life is awesome, including the problems and challenges along the way. I’m grateful for my challenges because I learn what doesn’t work and they ignite my creative mind.
I’m grateful for being me!
Sometimes we need a reminder to be thankful. Here’s one of the many Thankful Poems (I have on my hard drive) that reminds you that you have a lot to be thankful for.
For your inspiration – Thankful Poem
Be thankful that you don’t already have everything you desire.
If you did, what would there be to look forward to?
Be thankful when you don’t know something,
for it gives you the opportunity to learn.
Be thankful for the difficult times.
During those times you grow.
Be thankful for your limitations,
because they give you opportunities for improvement.
Be thankful for each new challenge,
because it will build your strength and character.
Be thankful for your mistakes.
They will teach you valuable lessons.
Be thankful when you’re tired and weary,
because it means you’ve made a difference.
It’s easy to be thankful for the good things.
A life of rich fulfillment comes to those who
are also thankful for the setbacks.
Gratitude can turn a negative into a positive.
Find a way to be thankful for your troubles,
and they can become your blessings. ~Author Unknown
It’s a wrap
Gratitude can change your life. It helps you to shift from negative thinking. It helps you to see possibilities. Keep I am grateful chatter in the back ground of your mind. Always have your finger on the thankful button.
Here’s an exercise I do either in the morning before I get up or in the evening as I fall asleep. I mentally give thanks for my body. I start from my toes and work my way up giving thanks for every part of my body. It helps me to have a grateful mind.
A grateful mind is a magnate for success!
